On first listen:

Hmmm...female vocals on lo-fi synth tracks. Sometimes it reminds me of a striped down New Order, but less European (even though the band is European). Other times it's like Prince. It also has hints of the early bedroom recordings of TV On the Radio and Le Tigre.  The B-side of the album was the stronger side to me.

On first listen:

I like this, it's like aural lasagna; lots of layers that blend well. So at first I hear the Cramps and very early Flaming Lips. Then it's like early Rapture and Butthole Surfers. Oh wait now it's like later Rapture and old video games and LCD Soundsystem. Oh and now I'm picking up hints of later Butthole Surfers and a dash of Dead Milkmen.
